Hauppauge Public Library (NY) engages its community with Patron Point

Dublin, OH - April 18, 2019. Patron Point announced today the selection of its patron relationship management system by the Hauppauge Public Library of Hauppauge, NY to help drive its patron engagement and web marketing efforts.

"The Hauppauge Public Library needs to engage with its community and get them back into their library, states Matthew Bollerman, Director, Hauppauge Public LIbrary. "Through a Welcome to the Library, card renewal, and potential for segment direct marketing, we feel Patron Point provides the correct set of tools for the job."

The Hauppauge Public Library (www.hauppaugelibrary.org ) is a special district public library that was established in 2000 and received its permanent charter in May, 2007. The Library strives to serve the educational, informational and entertainment needs of the residents of the Islip Town portion of the Hauppauge School District. The Library meets these needs by providing popular materials and high interest services, in a variety of formats, on a wide array of topics of both general and specific interest to community residents.
